The Weekly Wind-Down (60 Minute Gentle Yoga)

A gentle practice to wind-down from the week.

What to expect:

  • centering (grounding and an option for breath work)
  • gentle movement to warm up
  • a mix of postures: lying down, seated, and/or standing
  • cooling down the body
  • resting in savasana

In comparison to the 30-minute class, there will be more thematic weaving and deeper dives into alignment and trauma-informed practice.
