Start your week off with a 30 minute trauma-informed yoga practice done in community AND in the comfort of your own space. We begin with grounding and centering, flow into gentle movement to wake the body, and close with resting in Savasana in your own style.
📅 Mondays 7:00-7:30am EST
🌎 Your space + Zoom.
If you'd like you may wish to have a blanket and a pillow nearby.
Yoga blocks and a yoga strap aren't necessary, but they can be a bonus.
(Books can substitute for blocks. A scarf or belt can sub for a strap).
🧘🏻♀️ All levels are welcome.
Video and audio will be off for all except for myself, the teacher.
This is to allow you to feel as grounded as possible in your own space during this short 30 minutes together.

ABOUT YOGA TEACHER ABBY
Abby Albright is a trauma therapist and yoga teacher. Her classes are trauma-informed and focus on the ways in which a yoga practice can support your nervous system. Abby's philosophy stems from an alignment-based Hatha yoga style, so you can expect a focus on foundational alignment in her classes. When not working 1:1 with therapy clients, Abby can be found teaching and practicing yoga, hiking and being out in nature, and spending time with loved ones.
